“Back in the day, Gotway put out wheels that were either high speed or torque versions. I’m glad to see Gotway put out a Torque version of the MSuper series again. This is a great wheel with some power off the line and extra umph for up hills. This current version has no startup sound, they give us an led light option other than the flashing rainbow, and the new larger Monster Pro pedals. All very good things. You can thank Jason and eWheels for this. They encourage Gotway to make changes that people want. Nice job eWheels! My wheel did have a rattle noise I had to troubleshoot. It was a loose plug that was banging against the shell. I was able to zip tie it which made it solid sounding over all terrain. Kind of goes with the territory when you deal with Gotway. I’ve owned many Gotway wheels and I believe the MSP series is the best for the money.”
“I love this wheel so much. It is perfection. I did not want to write a review right away since I didn't even know how to ride it at first, so I waited about a couple of months to get some experience on it and I tell you this much, this wheel absolutely lived up to every expectation I ever had for it. I remember when I was going back home from a scooter shop one day with my e-scooter and I suddenly saw someone riding a one-wheel device go past me and I was just like "What the hell is that"? I had never seen anything like that. I immediately google searched what it could be by searching up "one-wheel device" and as it turns out, as I'm far too familiar with now, what I saw was an electric unicycle. I then saw Chooch from youtube do all this awesome riding with his own set of unicycles and I had never been convinced so fast in my life before - I decided to buy an electric unicycle. I thought about which model to buy and after watching videos from U-Stride, I decided to get a gotway msuper X 100v but as it wasn't available for me to buy at the time, I decided to get a 84v as I didn't want to wait to wait any longer. When I got it and started attempting to get on it, I thought I should have returned this because I just could not stay on for longer than 2 seconds, but then I thought to myself: "I didn't spend almost two thousand dollars for nothing! I'm gonna keep trying, no matter what"! And after 5 days of non-stop training, I was finally able to ride the thing. It became one of the best feelings of my life when I could finally ride it. Ever since, I have ridden countless miles with it, and even learned how to ride backwards with it. It has a crazy amount of mileage, and it is crazy fast too, at least compared to most uniycles that I know of. I am always outpseeding cyclists every time! I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this unicycle! I have used it at least 100 times now with hundreds of miles spent for commute to work, friends, family, etc. and it never fails to disappoint. Any EUC rider should get this unicycle, or the upgraded versions of this. It's one of the greatest inventions ever made for traveling, in my opinion.”
“While the wheel is fantastic to ride, it has serious quality problems. Upon receipt of my wheel the headlight did not work. Thankfully eWheels has been great in jumping in to resolve my problem when there should not have been one.”
“It bothers me that the shell rubs against the tire and makes horrible noises if I ride with 1 leg. Other than that, so far the MSP has been amazing. It's the perfect balance between torque, speed, and manouverability. I really wish there was an instructional pamphlet included with the wheel so I didn't have to poke around on the internet to figure it out.”
“I received my MSX Pro two weeks ago and I'm absolutely stoked! I've been riding for about 6 months now and the difference in the torque and power is awesome. I can get to 25-30 mph in no time and with a higher battery capacity than I've been used to, I'm going a LOT more miles than with my V8f between charges.
The Nicola pedal upgrades are absolutely essential. It feels a lot more comfortable and stable riding the MSX in the dirt than my V8f
My coastal and mountain rides are getting epic! It's a lot like trading up from a little pickup truck to a Ford F250!”
