“Hi, I bought my stogo from ewheels and they have been great with customer serice. My battery tab broke and they sent me another. I've had it for a few yeras now and this thing is built great! I did get a flat today, my first, so I'm looking for tires now. Shouldn't be too hard to do.

“Great service from eWheels team. As for the Stigo B1, it is a very interesting product which is good for what it is. If we compare to other scooters in the $1000 price range such as Emove Touring or Apollo City, the Stigo loses out in speed and range but wins in build quality and stability.
Pros:
* Build quality - Overall build quality is very high. There are a lot less nuts and bolts, and the construction has a beautiful simplicity to it. As evidence to its solidity, the Stigo is generally free of rattles, pings, and other unpleasant noises under most conditions. My only gripe with the build quality is that the stem and handle bar dont feel as robust as they do does on standing scooters. However, there have been no issues with stem wobble or creaks...
* Stable and solid handling - another high point of the Stigo. At low speed, I can ride this scooter one handed for extended periods (don't even try this on most standing scooters).
* Brakes - I'm surprised how smooth and robust these mechanical brakes are- about as good as mechanical disc brakes get.
* Easy to service - doesn't have a rats nest of wiring like many scooters (including Dualtrons). Easy to take apart and do tire / tube replacements.
Cons:
* The motor and and battery are under spec'ed compared to newer scooters. I'd like at 20% more power and range at this price.... maybe Stigo can make a higher capacity battery for 2022...
* Not as comfortable as standing scooters. Even though the stock suspension and tires are decent, I believe most people are more sensitive to vibrations through the seats than through their feet. Also, my knees get sore after longer rides. It would be nice if the distance and angle between the seat and the foot pedals can be adjusted.”
“A big shout out to the team, and special mention to William for providinh a human model as a reference to the bike’s overal height. I advised William that I’m only 5’5” and I wasnt too sure it Stigo would be the right bike for me considering my smaller stature. Thanks, William, for convincing me. Stigo B1 would be my entry level motorized bike in getting a motorcycle in the future.
As far as the bike, it had a cosmetic damage (broken reflector on the left side of the front fork), I emailed the staff about it, and they sent a replacement right away. The bike itself is a fun ride… I took it for a spin for a few block. The bike clocked at 19mph on flat. i havent tried it going uphill, I hope it has a good torque and power for climbing steep streets…”
“Perfect ebike! Comes mostly assembled and it’s plenty quick especially for not having pedals/ pedal assist. Also very lightweight and great dimensions both for riding and for storage. If ya get one and ya don’t like it, I’ll most happily take it off your hands!”
“I am impressed. I was worried about how comfortable the seat would be and if it had enough power to make it up the hills in my area. I was also worried about if it broke how I would get it repaired. It can handle the hills in my area no problem. It does of course go a little slower on steep hills but it has the power to get up them and they are rather steep. It's very comfortable to ride for a long time and the shock absorber makes a huge difference. To my surprise, any bike shop can work on this because it uses all standard parts. All the cables are easy to replace and everything is well designed. I haven't had any issues with anything breaking but maintenance is always a concern. Overall, I am super happy and probably going to buy 2 more soon.”
“The Stigo FAR exceeded expectations. Comfortable, peppy, very well put together (sturdy), and just fun. I expected the B-1 to be fun and practical, it has been nothing short of amazing. We bought 2 more so our entire family could enjoy.”
