Great ride and torque is way powerful, took my first ride around NYC streets and didn't feel any jolts from infractions on the street. Will be riding again once I finish review. Great scooter to purchase.

DO NOT BUY THE LIGHTNING+ ESCOOTER! I didn't have a will before I bought mine, but I am looking into one now! This thing is DEATH ON 2 WHEELS! I ride a Hayabusa, and I've rode it like one, but this thing is a monster in an entirely different category! It's ~70 pounds of plastic and metal that HURLS you through the air with zero regard for your life. That being said, I've had it for a couple days now, and already put on 30km(about 19 miles) at nearly 50km(31mph) the whole time and it still has 50 volts. I've rode it on main streets, back streets, streets the city forgot existed and look worse than 4x4 trails(good thing this is light or I'd be calling a tow truck type roads). I've had it on dirt paths and walking paths. I've rode it off of street curbs, up ramps, and it doesn't hesitate to BEG FOR MORE! This thing has more balls than a set of Siamese twins! If you have money to burn, there's no scooter quite like this thing. The suspension is AMAZING, the power/torque is incredible. My dislikes are few: The throttle is a tad awkward and is going to take some tweaking to get into the right place, right now with gloves on, it wasn't fun to use and my hand got sore, but I'm certain once I get it set up better for how I like to ride, it'll be just fine. The tires could be a little better, maybe a little bigger? Possibly foam filled rather than air filled, I'm not sure, but on some potholes or curbs it feels like they're decompressing a little too much, but otherwise it cruises over things with ease, and the shocks absorb quite a bit. That's it! I very much recommend this scooter, it's definitely going to be my daily commuter, and even for just leisure rides around town, small grocery grab, it'll definitely be my first choice for transportation!

The scooter is awesome once I learned how to balance again on one lol. Lots of torque and most of all lots of fun. I weight 300plus pounds and this scooter did not disappoint. However, while I was assembling the scooter I noticed it was missing a screw that holds the volt meter/ignition in place on the handle bar... that's the reason I could not give the 5 stars.

The scooter absolutely rips it and is great. For the power and pickup, it is very stable and amazingly fast. I drove it all over town the first night and it moves aggressively up hills, turns well, balances well on slowing humps. A turn signal would be great considering how well the rest of the scooter is built because you could use this almost like a motorcycle. The only issue is that at full throttle, the battery seems to get about 8 miles versus 15, but if you are okay with slowing it down, you can likely go much further.

The scooter is amazing. It's everything promised and more. I can't wait to take it off road. It takes potholes and curbs with ease.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This scooter is better than expected! I can't believe how much fun this thing is! This thing is unbelievably fast, and I can't believe how much torque it has! I have graduated to power level two, don't really need much more than that right now! Power level 3 kind of scares me, hahaha!

The Lightning+ has exceeded my expectations in every way. It has a ridiculous amount of power. I weigh 250 lbs and was concerned it would make the scooter slow to accelerate. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This thing has crazy acceleration. I’ve even tested it out driving up a steep sledding hill and it didn’t slow it down. If you’re letting a friend or kids drive it you can switch to single motor mode for a more controllable amount of power, and also dial back the power level in the menu. After a couple weeks of daily riding I have become very comfortable with it and there isn’t anything I would change.
