“Well it's been almost two weeks and I have put almost 100 miles on my Phateon I wanted to put some miles on it before I gave my opinion. In a nutshell it's fantastic. It has plenty of power, robust enough to be stable at higher speeds, and a pleasure to ride.
The Purchase Process was easy I received email support from William/Drew/Jason answering any questions I had and further selling me on the Phaeton. This was my second scooter purchase from eWheels and went just as smooth as the first. Mine arrived almost a week after purchase in a large double box via FedEx. Setup was smooth but keep in mind the size and weight of this scooter, I managed it alone cutting the boxes apart but a second set of hands would help.
I purchased several handlebar/stem accessories while waiting on it's arrival plenty of room to mount stuff and get creative. I wish it had RGB/lit deck but I may play around with that on my own later. The first ride was mainly getting used to the scooter and dialing in the steering damper to my liking. The second ride was all out top speed run (63 mph via gps) and testing it out aggressively through parks on grass/dirt/gravel/sidewalk/street.
I did have some thorttle cut out issues that were determined to be a defective thorttle/LCD from the manufacturer. Which eWheels were super fast to reply and same day express shipped replacement.
I love riding it and would buy again.”

The scooter came super quick and is very good quality that feels very smooth to drive while at max speeds and handles off-road super well...after having it for a couple days I did get a flat but that’s just how I drive but after emailing the company they sent me some free ones that day within a couple hours! The customer service is great and they are very reasonable people who are their to help! Would for sure recommend this scooter from this company!!!”
