“Totally love the TurboWheel Swift!!! I researched electric scooters for weeks before choosing this one. I believe I made the right choice. I expect to be using this scooter to get to my stone carving studio classes twice a week with an average of forty miles a week for a couple of months. So, this afternoon I put the TurboWheel Swift to the test. This scooter has great performance; it is very compact and handles the city streets well. I rode around Washington DC, and I was pretty impressed by the range and the speed. The scooter managed some of Washington DC’s hills perfectly. This weekend, I will hit the trails around DC and Virginia. I hope to enjoy the long rides near the National Mall, National Airport, and Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The only negative I can point out about the TurboWheels Swift is that the sandy strap on the deck peeled after only a few miles, and the handlebars tend to get a little lose every two or three miles on bumpy streets. Additionally, I have to mention the great customer service I got from eWheels when I purchased the TurboWheel Swift last week. I spoke with Jason on the phone several times and, for sure, he was more than helpful. In short, I highly recommend the TurboWheel Swift. It is a great scooter for anyone wanting to venture the urban setting and ride a long the trails around the big cities.”
“This is an excellent scooter. However the instruction manual could have been more detailed and in better English, would really like to have the miles per hour not in kilometers. And I wish the electric switch had more resistance so one could gradually increase their speed. Instead it's very hard to keep from jerking forward.”
“All I can is, "WOW!" Exceptional customer service by Jason. All I know is that I've never received an item, let alone a big item like an e-scooter, so quick and when I say quick, I'm talking, bought it Friday 3pm, received scooter the next day, Saturday 10 am! That is FAST customer service.
Item was exactly as described and so much fun. I logged 10 miles first day easy. Such a blast to ride. Just waiting on a few protective gear and I shall take it for a much longer ride.
