“This is an excellent product. Very good customer service as well. I've ridden this for about 200 miles now. Even as a large person (200 lbs) I find the scooter still works great. Obviously the range is worse but still goes about 20 miles. I'd suggest just buying the rapid charge as well. being able to charge in 2 hours is a massive improvement. I had done a lot of research into scooters and I'm happy I spent a bit more to get a quality build. Everything is solid on this. No issues even riding on shitty city roads. Way better deal than going with an ebike which I'd also looked into but decided against because I couldn't easily fit an ebike in my car or on public trans.
I've pretty much stopped using my car. I just grab a backpack and do errands by scooter.

It checked all the boxes for me. Range, speed, and dual brakes. The build quality is outstanding, and at this price point, you will not find a better scooter. The guys at eWheels got it shipped out same day, and I was riding the next. Everything was packaged nicely, and after a quick charge, I was out on my first ride. The suspension smooths out most of the bumps in the road. Overall, I'm extremely pleased.”
