I'm starting to become concerned because i have had it fault on me a couple times and I have only had it for a week. It will say that one of the batteries stopped working but then will begin to work fine like there was never an issue.

Smaller wheel is definitely way squirrely at first. Easier to catch an edge it feels like but getting better controlling it. Speakers are not good. Other than that the wheel is awesome! Thank You eWheels!

It was so good I bought 2! I love this wheel and its just light enough that Im able to lift it into/ out of my semi (takes some getting used to and muscle building at first). I started with a v5+ which didn't prepare me for the wobbles this wheel gets at 25mph+ (nor my friend who wrecked my first one at 35ish and broke a bone, and who still rides it even though it looks a little worse for wear now). The point is, its fun, quick enough that I can go around the slower roads of my town (30mph roads since everyone goes 40+ on them) and the insides are durable enough to stand up to wrecks at speed. All that aside, Eric, who helped me with both V12 HS's was awesome and helpful throughout when I was first deciding who to buy from (first wheel I bought online), when my friend wrecked it, when I was thinking the bearing or motor might be broke, and when I ordered the second. Great team at ewheels and I have nothing but good things to say about them which matches up with every single other person Ive heard from about ewheels. I do have to reiterate this, the wobbles on this wheel are scary at first when you try to brake from more than 25mph. Go slow at first to gain muscle and make sure your tire is seated properly and is balanced on the wheel (set it on its side and do the self calibration over and over until you deflate, massage, and reinflate to where its not visibly bouncing up/down/side-to-side). Overall great wheel that Ive been dragging across the country (but truthfully already a hair trigger away from buying the Lynx too).

Hi Zack, glad to hear you're enjoying the V12! It's certainly a step up from the V5 series. Good advice, adjusting foot position can also help mitigate braking wobbles, and it's definitely a good idea to center the tire if you notice it's wobbling from side to side as you ride.

I've only had the V12 HS for a few days and am learning how to ride but so far it is smooth and has more than enough power for beginners and I'm sure for veteran riders as well.

I have 5000 miles on my V12 HS. I have never had an issue with it other than having the controller board replaced. It is a fast, fun wheel that is great to carve with on twisty roads. I had the V11 prior to this wheel and it is so much more lively and has a lot more torque. Great wheel.

Wow, 5000 miles! Glad you're enjoying the machine, you might need to consider a tire/tube change soon. The V12 HS has been pretty reliable, the quality of Inmotion is really shining through here. Be safe out there, and always ride with gear!

My first EUC and daily commuter for the last month, and I couldn't be more pleased. The fat tire is forgiving on the rough roads and railroad crossings I have to navigate, and the weight feels just right to iron out excessive movement without taking away control. I've only clocked about 200~ miles on it, but after about 50 I was already comfortable cruising 30mph due to the wheel responding exactly how you expect it to. Build quality is super solid and has so many extra features that many will probably go entirely untouched. Eats steep roads for breakfast and has very good battery life. Depending on the wind direction, it will last between 40-50 miles on a charge, and my route has very chewed up roads and several long inclines. Extra thanks to the eWheels team for being patient with an infant rider and helping me through some initial technical difficulties. The 5* extends to them for the involved and excellent customer service. Already recommended to several curious people at work and will definitely be doing future business here.

Glad you're happy with the performance of the V12! We has some initial issues, but glad we were able to get them promptly resolved. The V12 is a great beginner wheel, but it also has some juice to satisfy even the most veteran riders as well. The 16x3" tire is definitely great for both the streets and some light trails. Be safe out there, and always ride with gear!
