“Not what I expected… Idk if I just got a bad batch or I’m just riding it too aggressively. Because the range I get on the V12 HS is only 20miles going 37/38mph & I’m only 150lbs. Also the charging can take up to 7hrs from 0 to 100”

I’m going to sound repetitive if you read other reviews but the praise they get is well deserved. To read about it is one thing but to actually experience it, first rate all day. I purchased my first EUC in late October from eWheels, a V12HT, and just recently had an issue. My first reaction was panic but Jason responded to my email inquiry promptly and put my mind at ease. My solution is on its way and I could not be happier with Jason’s customer service. If I were to purchase another EUC, and I probably will, it would definitely be from eWheels. “Just bought my first wheel; an InMotion V12. I'm still learning to ride and I'm having a ton of fun. I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide what wheel to buy and who to buy it from. The customer service from eWheels has been nothing short of AWESOME! Jason took the time to answer a bunch of questions I had about the legality of riding in some areas of the US. He was also very gracious, when a few days after I received my wheel, there was a discount on the V12 and he credited me with the discount. This is customer service you don't see anymore. If you're on the fence about buying a wheel, I say go for it. I'd also recommend purchasing your wheel from eWheels. I know I'll be back to purchase from them!!”
“The wheel so far has been great. Being able to customize a bunch of settings is a big plus to the wheel. Riding it has been everything I want and need. I wasn't wanting to seek a wheel with the fastest top speed or the most range, but this hit everything perfectly for me.
I love the look of it, which is what made me lean toward the V12. Not too long after getting it, I did get a flat tire. It wasn't any metal bits left over when drilling the hole through the rim but just a defect of the tube, there was a small hole along one of the seams. eWheels support got me new tubes and while the process of taking the wheel apart wasn't bad, what made it difficult is the lack of documentation on the wheel. The first time I put the wheel together, I guess I had the motor backwards, there was no indication of what way the wheel needs to go so if you ever take it apart, make note of that!
Because the motor was backward when I first when to turn it on, it would FULL THROTTLE slam itself into the table, smashing my finger. So also remember to put it in transport mode before doing this, will save your fingers and such.
eWheel support was great here too, I reached out cause I wasn't sure what I did wrong. I had the wires back in right, but they were confident in it just being the motor backward.
Overall, I love the wheel and it is highly recommended from me to other riders.”
