This wheel is amazing. It’s soooo smooth, like cruising in a brand new Cadillac. You will not regret buy it. It’s sweet!

I was learning to ride on an Inmotion V10 and I got accustomed to that. My initial thoughts on the V12 as a beginner is that it’s a bit heavy for me. I wanted the extra range and torque but I still have to ride more to feel comfortable on it. I’ve had to carry it up stairs and even getting it in my car is not great for a portable vehicle. The product is really high quality and overall I’m glad I chose it.

My V12 had a problem but customer service was very cooperative and friendly to help me fix it! They were very fast with responding and I am very satisfied with their customer service.

This is less a review on the ewheel, and more a review on my experience with the sales team at eWheels. I've worked in sales for many years, currently still do. As such, I have a fairly high expectation of customer support/service - particularly when I'm spending a fair bit of money on a product. The gentleman that I was in contact with for my order (Eric) was exactly what I would expect. He was honest, forthcoming, and helpful, without being pushy. The situation: I ordered a Inmotion v11 after doing a fair bit of looking at all the options, within a day I received an email from Eric, he explained that the last batch of v11's had some issues with the control boards that could cause cutouts in some cases. he explained that I could wait for the next batch to come in, or they could send me a new control board to install once they got them in. He furthermore provided me with videos detailing the installation process. After a few emails back and forth, and a bit more homework done on my end, I came to the decision that I'd rather simply switch to the v12. This required nothing to be done on my end, Eric took care of everything for me. In summery, I've had a fantastic experience with my order, and will absolutely continue to do business with eWheels in the future.

The V12 (HS) has been a great wheel and my favorite out of the 4 I owned. I think its the perfect balance of performance and size/weight. Suspension is the only thing that would make it better, but with added weight. The V12 is easy to toss in a trunk or carry up flights of stairs. According to the app my top speed has been 42mph. Not trying to hit the top, just having fun on an empty road. I usually ride between 25-35mph and the V12 never feels stressed or struggling. I usually dont push my wheel to zero percent, but I feel confident to get 35-45 miles per charge and usually plan trips around that range. The kickstand is really useful when you're at home or on the go, I dont have any other stands so its all I use. I love the screen and would like to see one on every wheel. I upgraded to spiked pedals, but with power pads I never had an issue with the stock pedals. I found them comfy and a nice angle so my feet didn't get too sore. Its just big enough to ride seated and after some practice you can find a comfy angle that feels good when you need a break without stopping. If the V12 HT had suspension I would buy that right now as well. I have almost 700 miles on my V12 and haven't experienced any issues at all. Ewheels has been great and I'll keep buying from them.

A great technical wheel with tons of range, customizability, and plenty of room to grow. For a beginner like myself, this wheel presents a very steep learning curve and has felt like a lot to handle. Though coming from various other board sports I've very quickly started getting the hang of it, and I'm quite pleased that I chose to start with a higher-performance device. Being only a 16-in wheel, the biggest challenge has been managing speed wobble, though much like learning to slack line, with reps I expect this to become a non-issue. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to others.

No drop out problems for me. I did the inmotion run up test and no problems. This wheel is heavy but that is good for me. I ride in a lot of wind and it handles the wind very well. Tons of power. Adjustable pedal hangars are boss. Touch screen is really handy and visible. LEDS are garbage. Drone sound riding is addictive. Took me a good day of riding to adjust but I am loving this wheel.
