“This thing is fast!!! I have a high speed mollicel exn - and this thing feels really fast comparably.
It’s nimble and fun. Easy to jump and play. It’s a fabulous ride and has battery for days , my exn has 1000 wh more juice but does not touch the range on this wheel. It’s baffling.

“I upgraded from a v8f after 200 miles and this is a comparison to a lighter and cheaper wheel.
v12 HT is much heavier but that's the only negative I can think of.
On the positive side. It's still extremely nimble to the point of being a little twitchy on a high pedal setting. The torque is ridiculous, as hard as I can push it I always feel there is more there. Climbing feels effortless, my riding abilities are the limiting factor, not the wheel.
Off-road performance was my major issue with v8f. v12 feels great on grass and mild trails, a wide tire allows to run it at lower pressure and it absorbs the bumps nicely.
A bit of advice if you are just starting. I am glad this was not my first wheel, learning on something lighter is the way to go unless you are athletic and have an extensive background in balance-heavy sports. A part of me regrets not keeping my v8f for a couple more month, I could have learned more and been better prepared for v12. On the other hand, this wheel opens offroad destinations and is probably a worthy upgrade at this time, all things considered.

This machine is very finely balanced for a comfortable ride and easy handling. The subtle Ambient lighting is a thumbs up for me. The orange rim sold me and was well worth the long wait. The knobby tire is so silent running very quiet machine.”
