“Preordered V12 last year. Received my when in August 2021. It's now April and 720 miles later and I absolutely love this wheel. Being able to keep cars off of you at 40 mph on 35 mph roads is clutch. Display is so good that I haven't use the app since the first week I received it.”
“Had some cutoff issues with the V12 controller/board, this was a known issue for the older V12's with their weaker mosfets. Ewheels covered shipping costs and replaced the controller board with new one. The kicker was that, come March, a new board from In Motion will arrive that'll be even better and they're offering to replace the old one with the new one. They've responded promptly to every email/question I had. Impeccable customer service!!”
