“Man, what a great accessory! I don’t know what I appreciate more, the seat itself or the side guards that cover the shock towers (helps brilliantly with hard squeezing and jumps. The sides of your knees will instantly thank you). If I could change one thing on it, I’d probably increase the height of the seat by maybe 20-30%; but I’m ‘husky’ so most ‘normal’ people should like it just fine lol. “Good kit for the price. Ewheels is nothing but great. The only issue I have is the top edge of the Patton. I got these with the expectation that they would help with the abrupt metal edge. For me if they had come out a quarter inch and extended down a little bit they would have accomplished that. The seat is comfortable for what it is and the again. Ewheels customer service is phenomenal!”

“GAME CHANGER (Side Pads)! The side pads make the Veteran Patton actually comfortable to ride. The wheel for its price tag SHOULD absolutely come with these because without the sharp edge digs into your leg real bad....
The Seat....Well, it's about as hard as a rock and VERY slick so it is not at all a comfortable seated riding experience and since it's slick when trying to carve or turn you're also battling staying on top of the wheel for control. The Patton also has a top that is angled to the rear of the wheel which causes less leverage over the wheel, I would have hoped the seat would counter this by being taller at the rear and it does not (seen in the pics).
Overall for the price I would recommend the kit, the side pads are a must and padding could always be added to the seat!”
The Patton seat kit really is a game changer! The design of the Patton does have some sharp edges, but thankfully this affordable kit is able to fix those issues. The seat has a certain level of rigidity, to bridge the gap between the handle and top panel. Great photo, especially with your custom pads!

Thanks for this review! The seat should soften up after some use. Glad to hear that you're enjoying the side panels, the upper suspension area of the machine can be uncomfortable for some riders.
“This seat/upper rail padding is made of soft TPU. It is very well printed and attaches with velco and around back grab handle. It's a great little seat that looks perfect on the Patton.
