Veteran Patton, 2,220WH Battery, 3,000W Motor, Suspension Knobby [J802] / 62lb Reviews

5 Rating 30 Reviews
Tons of capacity, tons of torque, tons of speed, crazy amazing suspension, and tons of fun. Great quality. Honestly, was shocked with the amazing quality. It's my second one and this thing feels and looks like an absolute work horse, not some toy made out of plastic. Maintenance is well thought out also.

I've only put around 25 miles on it so far, and coming from a v11 it is definitely taking quite some getting used to. I can feel my self just scraping the surface of this insane machine's capabilities, and very excited to unlock its full potential as i acclimate. It really feels built like a tank, and first day out already riding faster than i ever have before. My only issue so far is the top edges are definitely causing some bruising/pain on the inside of my calves. I am going to put some padding here and i'm sure i'll get used to maneuvering in such a way to resolve this issue, but it's something to consider.

I have about 100 miles on my Veteran Patton. I have an OG Sherman, S22pro and the Patton. It takes a little getting used to, as the pedals are a lot higher. But the weight is very well balanced and after a few miles, it felt great. The Patton is tight and ready to go. It effortlessly accelerates to 40mph, without a thought. There is plenty of headroom above 40, when i need it. Like my sherman, every detail seems to have been carefully thought out and just works. Love this wheel.

Absolutely baller wheel, feels very much like a next-gen, better built RS19. Over 300mi with a flat as the only issue (which eWheels support was extremely helpful in resolving - thanks a ton for the replacement tube). Would recommend 100% for anyone looking for a joyride machine, city commuter, trail wheel, or mix of the 3.

I'm a rider with a good deal of experience and the Veteran Patton isn't my first wheel. I bought it primarily for off-road riding and wanted a wheel with a lot of torque. Thus far, I have about 60 miles on the Patton, half of which is off-road. Most new wheels take a few hundred miles to get used to, but I got used to the Patton right way. The suspension is very good and doesn't clunk and the overall build quality is great. You pay a bit more for the Patton, but it shows in the build quality. It is a smaller diameter wheel which comes with some trade-offs, but I knew that going into this. I look forward to putting lots more miles on this wheel.

Loving the Patton. It has been my first EUC and the more I ride it the more I love it. Tough enough to take a few learning drops without getting to scraped up. I have ridden a few other wheels and nothing compares to the suspension on the Patton and I would have a hard time giving up the toe pads. Has tons of torque and goes up some super steep grades that are a challenge even to walk up and more than enough range to go on some long fun rides. The more I see of other 16" wheels that are coming out the happier I am with my purchase. One minor issue is the bottoming out since I love to hop around and bonk stuff when riding but it's really not that big of a problem when you get the suspension tuned right and doesn't feel like it's really hurting the wheel. I weigh 188lbs currently and am glad I went with the 66lb suspension. Last but not least huge shout out to Ewheels! super good communication the whole time through purchase and shipping process. Have never felt in such good hands for a purchase before! Would definitely prefer to use Ewheels for all my future EUC purchases.

Veteran Patton little hard to get used to coming from InMotion v 11 but top notch performance, and a great suspension

Thanks for this review, the Patton is definitely going to take some getting used to, if coming from a V11. The power and suspension are in a different league, glad to hear you're enjoying the machine!

Bought my first new EUC via ewheels. Communication was great through the emails. Shipping was on schedule and any delays were communicated clearly. I have full confidence in Ewheels as my only EUC supplier based of this experience and everyone elses. now on to the patton: its the best 16" suspension wheel you can buy, not because of specs or number. The whole package system inspires a solid confidence that makes some motorcycles feel jank. Based on the Patton I have resigned to not buying anything other than LeaperKim or Inmotion wheels. SHOP AT EWHEELS!!!!
