“Been using a Sherman Max as my car for over 2 years. Its an excellent wheel! Even more excellent is the ewheels team. With Jason's guidance and encouragement in the earlier days, ive been able to be my own mechanic and learned to help other riders in my community. “I had a problem with my EUC where it stopped beeping all of a sudden. It stopped beeping on a Sunday, i emailed Jason that same night, and had a new buzzer by Wednesday (for free). Where do you find this level of customer service in this hobby? Short answer, you don't. Sure, you might save a few dollars by buying from those cheap resellers that pop up on facebook, but what are you going to do when something inevitably goes wrong? Those resellers have virtually zero customer service and warranty. Would they send you a free part within the same week you email them? Would they even answer your emails? If you want peace of mind after you make such an expensive purchase, EWHEELS is the only way to go!”
Thanks for this excellent review! While we try not to work on the weekends, sometimes you gotta put in the time to answer all the emails. We do what we can, we're not here to nickel and dime the customer for parts. You might get a "deal" with those other guys, but we stand by our customers.
