“The scooter overall is extremely well built. I would almost say they perfected this generation of scooter. It has an ergonomic cockpit, vehicle signals (turn signal, brake lights etc.), and a very plush but solid ride. You will feel very confident on the scooter. The best part is being able to step up into the power. The scooter is over the top when you fully unleash its potential. Thankfully you can step into all of this horsepower slowly as you become more confident over time through a combination of utilizing the Gear selection and P settings on the scooter. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.”
“As a newer e-scooter user, I had a lot of questions on the Vsett 10+ as I currently have a Ninebot Max. I soon realized after a few weeks (more like 5 rides) of using the Segway that I did crave a little more speed and torque from either a mid-range or advanced scooter. I did a ton of research by watching hundreds of YouTube videos on every scooter imaginable and narrowed it down to the Phantom V2 & Vsett 10+ for the price range I was looking at (2-2.5k). I didnt want this to turn into a spec vs spec war but more so for the aesthetic, build quality and customer support in the event something went mechanically wrong. I decided upon the Vsett 10+ however I had questions on few of the technical details and I reached out to both Alien and E-Wheels for inquires. While Alien did get back, nothing came close to the timely and thoroughness William did when he responded. I was shocked that he spent so much time explaining this PEV and all of the technical details that would help make my decision that much more validated. He was 100% correct and he also helped guide me through the setup and recommended P-settings for a user like me who is moving up to the next level.
I realize that there are a few very popular retailers/distributors for these PEVs however my experience with William and eWheels was nothing short of amazing. I worked in the retail industry for many years so I have a decent idea of what customer service should be like and for that reason, I would recommend eWheels to anyone. This Vsett 10+ is so fun however the power & torque are something I am still getting used to. Coming from a single motor (ninebot max) to a dual motor was a lot more than I expected however I'll eventually get used to it. One thing that I really do like is the way it looks and although it seems superficial, just walking by it in the garage with the yellow accents and sleek appearance puts a smile to my face. I am very happy with this purchase and again, can't thank William enough for the support and service he assisted with.”

“I am going to try and keep this short and sweet. This is the best scooter, overall, you are going to find at this price point. Speed, comfort, design, quality... it has all of these things. I purchased from ewheels the 25.6A version about 6 days ago and it came today. The customer service both before and after order are top notch. No joke, some of, if not the BEST CS I've ever experienced. All of my questions were answered in a thorough and timely manner. I won't waste your time or my time yammering about the scooter. There are plenty of other reviews and videos online. I'm 155 lbs. It's heavy (80 lbs) but not that heavy. I was surprised. Guess I'm jacked. It's well built. My brakes came unwarped and did not need adjustment. Do not fret or be upset if you have to adjust your brakes. This can happen in the shipping of an 80 lb scooter. You do not know how it will be handled. It was packed very well with multiple Styrofoam blocks. They even threw in some tubes, an electric air pump, and a little loctite. I upgraded from my Apollo Ghost. No regrets. If I did have a regret, it would be the Ghost. I could've just put that 1500$ towards my new baby. However, I've enjoyed the Ghost and will either sell it or switch rides. Ghost is a good scooter, however, when looking and these two side by side... no contest. They are in different classes. VSett10+ has NUTT high quality hydraulic brakes, nice suspension, highest top speed in price range, and turn signals, and a quality kickstand and beepy horn. The scooter in not perfect. However, it's pretty close. I was also initially looking and Dualtrons in general. Does not matter which models because, for the same money, I would get lower top speed, stem wobble, and disc brakes. For 2-3 k??? No thank you. I know components of Dualtron scooters are quality but I believe it unacceptable to think and allow a wobble to be integrated into the culture. It's not funny nor should it be passed over lightly. It's a serious issue that should be examined. It can compromise safety and only serves to detract from the riding experience. To be clear, I like Dualtrons, however, I felt the Vsett10 + to be a far superior value per dollar. I also got LG batteries. Come at me now. Just kidding. If your budget is 2k-2500$, I'd seriously consider this scoot... VSETT10 +... you can wait and something new will always come along. Currently, this was the right choice for me at the price point for speed, comfort, design, and quailty. I also own a Horizon and Hiboy S2 Pro. Those are cute toys to have fun with the girlfriend on trails. Customer service and William were top notch. I cannot say enough how easy and stress-free they made the entire process. Extra mile plus some.”

Very good communication and willing to take the time to explain things over the phone and via email. These guys are absolutely top notch without question. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. I had a few questions after the sale and they were just as responsive as pre-purchase. I have no doubt that if I ever need anything in the future, they will be right there to help out. None of that 'make the sale and never hear from them again'. Truly good people and they strive to satisfy and accommodate. I wish I lived near them because I would absolutely love to be a part of the team at eWheels. I placed the order at 10am and they had it inspected and shipped with tracking later that same day. As for the scooter itself, I cannot do it justice in a review. I've had 1 previous single motor 500w scooter and the 10+ is light years ahead of that, so absolutely no comparison. The 10+ came packaged extremely well even though the box was in rough shape. Seeing as it came from China, to LA to Arizona then to Connecticut, it's completely understandable. The scooter was in prestine condition when I unboxed it. Very surprised it made it all that way without being damaged. Nutt brakes were equipt as promised and eWheels disconnected the speed limiter for me. I've since upgraded the suspension, brake pads/rotors, solid handlebars, wheel bearings, steering damper and a few other goodies. I enjoy tinkering and upgrading things, so these are NOT necessary things to upgrade. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the stock setup. I live in a very hilly area, we have mountains to climb all over the place and the 10+ tackles anything I throw at it and still has more in the tank to handle more. The dual 1400w motors cannot be bogged down, I've tried. I'm 210lbs and even bring my 70lb daughter on slow rides around the neighborhood with me. Seriously nothing this scooter can't handle. It is very fast and agile but at the same time very secure feeling. The Vsett stem is rock solid. After 100+ miles it is still as solid as the day I first turned it on. I can go on and on about the service at eWheels and the scooter itself. If anyone is on the fence about choosing the Vsett 10+ over another brand at a similar price point, I will honestly tell you to look no further. If you're reading this, you've found the best bang for you buck in the scooter world, hands down. And there simply is not a better place in the USA to buy from. It's really as simple as that. Of course there are better quality scooters out there (Rion, weped, etc..) but be prepared to pay double or triple to compete with the 10+. One of the coolest things about the 10+ is that it's nearly perfect out of the box if you want to just turn it on and go but if you're looking to tinker and upgrade, you can find parts to upgrade just about every moving part on it if you so wish (like I did). Sellers from all over the globe are coming out with upgrade parts for the whole Vsett line up and the 10+ in particular. To sum up, if you're looking for a great quality scooter that will take you to 45-50mph, have blazing fast acceleration, pull you up any hill you can find, stop you on a dime, and give you one of the most thrilling rides you can imagine... The 10+ fits the bill. I'm overly satisfied with my decision on scooter and where I purchased. I can just about guarantee you will be too. It's honestly something you cannot be disappointed with. I can't imagine someone riding their 10+ for the first time and feeling let down or underwhelmed by it's performance. Vsett 10+ from eWheels is a winning combination any way you slice it. I would highly recommend to anyone who can handle the power it has in dual motor mode. This scooter demands respect and the team at eWheels earns it. “Ordered Vsette 10+ (Beast!) 2 days later got the Fed Ex tracking info.....got delivery 7/08 (box was little banged up but scooter was impeccably packaged inside. The service-communication and ALL the questions I had before buying from Ewheels was what made my decision to go with them. I ordered the hybrid tires to be installed....there was a lack of communication on my part....they offered to have Fed Ex pick up my scooter at their expense ship it back install tires then send back to me! I was like "no way" I'm happy with the street tires and have the hybrids as back up.....I'M RIDING! Thanks Ewheels y'all rock!”
