When we spoke with an employee they talked us through how to try to get the marks off(it was successful! ) Then they gave us a partial refund for our experience. We bought clear mats to use in various places in our newly remodeled addition. Very pleased and we will buy more as needed as we move into the addition!”

That said, we wanted to clarify the $10 customization fee, which only applies to highly-customized items like yours. When this option is chosen, we typically need a template to create the custom product, so we give our customers the option for us to send tracing paper (which includes to/from postage costs). If tracing paper, or waiting for the paper to arrive, isn’t ideal, we often also accept digital files, too. Again though, the $10 fee is unrelated to the type of template we get, but rather the extra customization being done.

Thanks, Douglas! In the future, should you be interested in a product that isn't quite as shiny as glass, we do offer Riverstone. It's also clear and is the same thickness but offers a different type of shine as it is textured.
