“A very nice cream with a nice lime citrus scent. The performance of this cream is very good and in my opinion, it rivals Taylor of Old Bond Street, which has top notch creams. The cream lathers very easily and a little goes a long way. The cushion and glide the cream provides is very good and it offers good protection. The only negative about this cream, and this is merely personal preference, is the texture/consistency of the cream in its packaging. Compared to Taylor of old bond street this cream is much more liquid like and it moves around in the tub. Taylor of old bond street has a nice thick consistency that keeps the cream packaged well and in place. You need to be careful when opening and closing the metal tin because the cream has more of a thick gel like consistency. Almost like a very thick gel hair pomade. Basically the cream can spill all over the place if you are not careful when opening and closing the tin. A minor issue that once you are used to, won’t be a problem, but I had a few close calls myself.
As far as the after shave balm goes, this stuff is great. A non-greasy nice balm that matches the cream very well. The metal pump it comes in is also very high quality. One pump of this balm and your face is re-moisturized and you have a very nice, smooth post shave feel.
Overall a nice shave set and scent.”
