It is a quite deeper bowl than I expected, which makes small/medium brushes bang loudly against it when you are lathering. It tends to happen since the brush's handle is almost completely "inside" the bowl, and quick circular motions make it bang against the rim of the bowl.
The noise is annoying, but over time the lathering motion can be refined so you avoid it, I think.
Definitely recommended if you have one of those very big brushes.”
Hi Luis, thanks for your review. It is a deep bowl but I think over time you will be able to adjust your technique so that you can minimise the noise. The ridges on the base of the bowl also mean the lather will be generated quickly so it shouldn't take long to get your lather.
