We change the shutters on our home about once every 5-7 years so I have experience with comparing company's products and service. I went with Exterior Solutions this time because I liked the "Bronze" color that was advertised on your website even though they were a little more expensive than from the company I normally order. When I received the order I was surprised that the color was not "Bronze" but just a very ugly medium brown.
When I received this order I was shocked at the shape the product was in. They appeared thin and haphazardly thrown together. Also, many of the shutters, pictures attached, were bent, faded, cracked, and scratched and the boxes were in good shape upon arrival so they had to have been shipped like this. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund.
I emailed customer support and was told that they do not offer refunds or exchanges.”
