“Traveling with an infant made us very concerned about the crowds at the Vatican, especially since we heard that the museums weren’t very stroller friendly. We thought we might have to skip the Vatican all together, but then Eyes of Rome saved the day. They recommended this early access tour (I had no idea such a thing existed!) and a lightweight stroller that we could easily carry up and down the stairs. We had to take a few breaks on the way (babies will be babies) but still managed to get to the Sistine Chapel before the museums opened to the general public.
