“booked 2 tours w serena from eyes of rome. she exceeded our expectation specially with the Vatican early bird tour- the best experience we had. serena met us at our hotel and took us to the Vatican before opening time. We entered right away- no waiting in line as advertised. serena is friendly and very knowledgeable and really likes her job. she seemed to know every other guide and guard inside the vaticasn. in most of the galleries we were by ourselves and in the sistine chapel we were lucky to be together with only a few other guided tours. at the end she gave helpful suggestions on bars and restaurants for the rest of our holiday amd she made herself available to us during off hours. book a tour with her and you won’t be disappointed!”
