“I previously bought an EzSpace wardrobe that took some putting together, but this has been nothing compared with the issues faced with trying to set up a vertical Nobu bed. I set up the wardrobe myself but decided to get some professional help with the bed. But things have not gone smoothly. The parts on the manual and video often do not match and the hinge mechanism using gas pipes seems almost unworkable, So at this time, the bed is attached to the wall but completely unusable with parts cluttering up the room. The customer service has been helpful up to a point and after one of the hinges twisted some replacement parts are due to be sent at an undetermined time. The hinge, however, still seems to only go to 30 degrees right now so will need additional help to remedy this. After being pleased with my wardrobe purchase this has been a different story so far.”
