“The flags themselves are decent quality but the poles are terrible. I even paid more for premium poles. The flags are not free to rotate causing them to twist around the poles making the flags unreadable. This is my third set of flags in 10 years and this is the only set to twist up in knots. Very disappointed for $650. For three flags.”

“The flag is perfectly fine, but the process to which I had to go to get it was disappointing. I placed the order, got my confirmation, and filed it away thinking the 3-4 days production was fine. After 4 days I called and left a voicemail, since no one was available to answer my call, and did not hear back. I sent an email only to have a response from your rep that my order went to your "junk" file and they hadn't even started on it yet. She was wonderful in explaining that she would have it put into production and get it out in a few days, which it did, but to still have to go through that was ridiculous. thankfully the flag was correct, and hardware arrived the day after the flag, so our customer was perfectly happy with being discounted for the delay.”
