“The customer service is top notch including their design team. The heavy duty pole is worth every penny, the double sides is worth the extra money as well. The reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is simple due to the black clip as it needs to be redesigned. The clip forces the flag to twist up on itself which I've never had issues with on any other flag. After sending pics to customer service for help, going out 2-3 times a day to unwind the flag, I finally decided to take the black clip off and try it out. To my surprise it's perfect now. The heavy duty poles are so heavy, it doesn't cause issues of it not being tied down. The only issue with it not tied down is hauling the flag in/out every day and have to make sure you don't tilt it down too far causing the poles to come undone. So save your money and do not buy the clip and allow the flag to move with the wind rather than binding up constantly. The customers service, quality of flag pole as well as the flag itself will definitely have me coming back when I need another flag!”
“Had fantastic customer support and assisnace the entire time and the product of the actual flag came out amazing. Our problem is with the pole construction. We feel that the tension method of holding the pole pieces in places using the flag material to keep it all together doesn't work very well in our environment. We have people using this outside very often and seem to have issue with the pole pieces getting caught up on the flag material as soon as you detatch it from the base. We end of spening a lot of time fishing out the pole pieces from the material, meanwhile the material is dragging on the ground, getting dirty and we are wasting time.”
