“We ordered a custom rectangle flag and it turned out great! The flag accurately reflected our design and the colors of our design! The only thing we are not a fan of is the hardware that comes with the flag. First, there were no directions of how to put the hardware together. While I did figure it out, some hardware labeling along with directions would have been helpful. Second, the hardware is not as sturdy or non-moving as I would expect for such a large flag designed to be displayed outdoors. The flag piping is not designed to stay put. Unfortunately the piping will twist inside the other piping it's placed in, and our flag will end up swinging back and forth and possibly spin around. The reason I ordered the rectangle flag is so we would not have this problem, so that is definitely disappointing. Overall, we are happy with the flag, but we are not happy with the hardware.”
