“This product was never delivered. The USPS tracking says it was but it most definitely was not. I called FFN customer service and they basically told me it was my problem, not theirs. No offer to replace the item or anything. She said because its been a couple of weeks that it was my issue not theirs.... it's been weeks because I was waiting for the delivery and handling other business at our VFW. I wasn't sitting around everyday just thinking about two flags. When I went back to check where the order was and saw this issue, I called customer service. She told me I would have to handle it with USPS if they would even help me. Really? Who contracted the shipping again? Look mistakes happen and shipments sometimes don't arrive but to be treated that way was completely off-putting. Long story short, I'll never order from this place again.”
