“Received all of my order except my two Ice & Water feather flags. Note in the box said what I received was a "partial shipment" and I am still waiting on my two flags to arrive. Customer service representative was to check with the proper department and provide information. I have not heard from anyone. I am trying to be patient with them. Perhaps the flags needed to be manufactured.”
