“We ordered 2 feather signs , when it arrived we had the poles and donuts for 2 signs but only one sign, i called Diane right away and she sent me the other sign the next day ...thats the way you do business ...not everything will go perfect but if you stand by your product and fix any issues than you are doing great ...thank you and we will use you again”
