“Unfortunately after purchasing two orders of custom feather flags and being completly satified with the process, that was not the case regarding our most recent order. This time I was sent a design the has not been in use for over ten years and is no longer compliant within our State Farm businesses. After trying to resolve the problem over a five day period, and while we were on our first vacation in almost four years, the representatives for Flag Nation were incapable of remedieting the mistake. Its so unfortunate that we were not able to resulve the mistake, this is forcing us to retink our future orders that we were planning on making for our Real Estate and Airclraft importing businesses. It would be so nice if someone who is able to resulve the problem could reach out to us so we can continue doing business together.
