“So I ordered this item and after about 10 days I couldn't figure out where it was. After checking my email I was surprised to find an email from them saying that they didn't see me as a customer or that I had purchased any feather flag poles from them. The email came the very next morning and I missed it. At first I was quite perturbed but then realized they were just making sure that I was ordering something that would fit with my application and saving me money and stress of not ordering the right item. After measuring the base of my pole and confirming I wanted the item everything was fine. The item arrived and it's exactly what I needed for put my feather flags at the top of my food trailer ! Thank you so much for checking on my item's application and diameter needed to ensure I was getting the right thing!!!
