“The base is heavy and is adequate to hold the flags.
However the plastic piece that the pole slides over is to small and let's the pole lean. It is almost like the piece is loose on the base but it isn't. I had to wrap the piece with duct tape to get a better fit. Still leans but not as bad”
“In ordering this stand I more or less went on faith that the mount would work with my feather flag, as there were NO specifications given as to the diameter of either the mount or the pole it was meant for. As it happened, my pole worked, with some modifications on my part, and some serious rethreading of the mount with the stand (seemed to be just barely completed/machined). It is a very heavy base and would be the better for a cut-out handle for carrying, but I can't find a base like that for sale anywhere, though I have seen them in use.”
