On Monday I received a call from Jason to confirm the order again. Due to all the confusion on their part, my order was received 2 days later than
it needed to be. It simply was not necessary. They dropped the ball.”
“This is my 3rd straight year ordering from FFN. In 2022, I waited too long to order my banners for my event and needed to pay for rush shipping. This year, I ordered several weeks earlier than last year to ensure that my banners were in for my event on time. In the week prior to my event, FFN called me to let me know there was a chance they wouldn't be in on time and the only way I could ensure their arrival would be to pay for rush shipping. Multiple 3-4 day lapses in communication on FFN's end led to this error and it was extremely disappointing that I had to pay over $100 for shipping something that was not an error on our end. If you are planning on ordering from FFN, I would recommend ordering at least 6 weeks ahead of the time when you need the banners.”
