“I'm not sure if I'm writing a review of Flag Nation or "Custom Payment Form", whatever that is. The flags and the price were reasonable until I was faced with a UPS 2nd day shipping of over $200 ???!!! Also, the refusal to take my own UPS account number tells me that shipping is just a main profit center for FFN. My advice is to stick to making flags. “The quality of the flag is great, especially for the price. The design is awesome, your designers did a great job. It's printed on the proof to not trust the colors on the screen versus what you get. It's my fault for not reading and thinking more into that. I did not send them my CMYK numbers. I asked for purple and turquoise. The proof image their designers sent back matched what I wanted exactly. Should have known it was too good to be true! Got the flags and the one that is supposed to be purple is far more red/pink than purple, the one that is supposed to be turquoise is very blue. I went back and asked for the CMYK number that was used for my flags. In theory, those colors should match the proof if it was just my computer screen settings. Well, they don't. Not by a long shot. Of course, I have no recourse now since I didn't give my specific CMYK colors. So now I have these flags that don't match anything and I'm stuck with them. I should have known better and taken the time to pay full attention to my proof and the colors I wanted vs could potentially get. I'll know more next time but this was for sure an expensive mistake.”

“Overall, I am happy with the size of the flag, quality and design. It was just the email communication that could have been better. We needed flags by a certain deadline (3 weeks). I reached out with an idea of what design we had in mind and the date we needed the flags by. Diana was able to create the design the next day and in one draft! I was initially impressed how fast that was. I thought the design would take up most of the process, but it was the quote that took long to finalize (a week). I understand I made changes to my order (double sided 12ft to a one sided 10 ft), but they never acknowledged if I could get it done by my deadline, and the replies I received for each email took a day each time and were vague...EMAIL: I would like to add on the cross base. Can you give me a quote? REPLY: for the bogo deal, you will need to add that on seperately. OK, but how much is it to add on? So when I "double emailed" them in one day, I was told they were short-staffed due to COVID and to call for urgent matters. OK, NO PROBLEM. I took my urgent matter and called them. I got all of my questions answered in one call. Had I known that was all it would take, I would have just called them from the beginning. Then perhaps I would've saved a few days of email exchanges and got my order without paying an expedited fee at the end. So lesson learned, for those with "urgent matters", do not email, just call.”
