“I use this yeast for most everything anymore. It's more expensive than the '05 ale yeast, but definitely produces a better beer in a shorter time span. It takes just 2 or 3 days to finish fermentation, and I re-pitch it for the next batch, usually at least 4 times. So in the end it saves me money and makes great tasting beer.”
