“Fun and great tasting cheese. We had a lot of fun making cheese with this kit. We were shocked how easy and fast it was. So far, we've made the mozzarella and houllimi cheese. Both cheeses took about 30-35 minutes. The kit does not come with a thermometer or gloves, so make sure you have both. Thick gloves (like new dishwashing gloves) are essential or you will burn your hands. Cheese tastes really good and are happy with the kit.”
