“Very good quality. I bought the fermantation kits - it has a "pickle packer" - and the ends are two sizes, for regular and wide mouthed jars. Really appreciate that. It also has weights that are formed so you can grip them when removing from the jar - again, really appreciate that. It has plastic lids with a rubber gasket, and then the airlocks. It is a kit for 4 jars. I made sauerkraut last night with 3, and then a ginger brown sugar bug. No burping required because of the airlocks! I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this brand and kit for anyone interested in fermenting.”
