I must say I wasn't disappointed either. The grains arrived carefully packaged and on time. My very first attempt to brew a batch was more than I had hoped for. It was delightfully fizzy and full of flavor! “Great and beatiful grains, ...but apparently the liquid was spilled Excellent, I received the kefir grains and they look wonderful ... but the fermentation guide and the bag was completely soaked and the paper is almost destroyed and cannot be read ... just wanted to ask if it is possible send the fermentation guide again ... I guess the grains are ok, I took them out of the bag right away ... Is my firs time in this...Even so, I recommend this seller to buy kefir grains, the products are great, the grains are beautiful ... accidents happen ..thanks”
“The grains worked for me! I followed the instructions & so far so good - only made 2 batches so far. Also in stage 2, I got a good amount of carbonation which I was very happy about. I wasn't crazy about the molasses flavor - made it beer-like. I'm in the process of experimenting with different flavors.”
