“Great customer service! I ordered the deluxe kit with the heating mat. Everything came nicely packaged and appears to be of good quality. A lot of the tea leaves did spill out of the packet, but that packet was in a larger packet, so I was still able to collect and use most of it. Also the heating mat didn't seem to be working, but when I contacted the seller they were very responsive and sent me a replacement heating mat AND another packet of tea, and were very nice about the whole thing. I have a batch brewing right now, it looks beautiful, it smells like kombucha. I can't wait to bottle it and taste it! Already thinking about adding another jar so when my scoby is big enough I can have 2 batches going at once.”
“Everything you need to make your first batch! Great kit for a beginner. Made kombucha for the first time using this kit. I bought and extra 1 gallon bottle so I could transfer the scoby and start a new batch right away. Flip top bottle work great. Lots of carbonation on 2nd fermentation. Great set to get.”
