“When the shoes arrived one of them had a small biro mark on it, which I suspect is why they were sold at £20.00 less than anyone on the net, however they were not sold as slightly damaged, and I assumed I would receive a perfect product. When I phoned and asked for a replacement I was told that that no replacement was available, and it was a discontinued line, and not expecting any replacements. I requested a refund. A few days later I received a phone call to say that replacements were available, but at a higher cost. I informed the caller that I had ordered a replacement from another supplier. This is not a way to deal with customers, and if you wish to continue to trade you should consider changing your methods. You have lost a customer and you cannot carry on doing so.”
