“Having ordered on a Friday I was very pleasantly surprised when the first pair of trousers were delivered on the following Monday. I did however have to exchange them for a smaller waist size. The returns information was clear and easy to understand. Initially I was a bit miffed at the return cost was being at my expense. However no charge was made for the delivery of the exchanged pair. Honours even. The same fast delivery of the second pair almost left me breathless. I can only highly recommend the quality of both the product and the service.”
