“I am disappointed that you did not reply to a query of mine regarding the 'stiff' leather in the shoes. I asked if it was possible to make the 'sides' of the shoes more 'supple', as they are very stiff. Sadly, you did not respond. Co-incidentally, I later sent an e-mail to Loakes themselves regarding the same.....once again, no response. Customer service certainly isn't what it used to be.”
