“Great service and delivery from retailer, however the left hand boot has already shredded and snapped two laces within a week of wearing them. Suspect one of the eyelets not installed properly or with sharp edges. Was travelling at the time, thankfully had spare laces with me, but no tools to fix eyelet problem. Always and only have bought Loakes for lat 20 years, so surprised and disappointed with this problem, rest of product fine and as expected.”
