“It’s a super simple set up, decently sturdy, definitely gets the glutes burning and the straps are easy to use. I love that you can keep adding straps for resistance, I even use a couple dumbbells if I want extra weight.
Also the perfect angle and technique for Bulgarians and comfortable to use.

“Definitely needs to be more stable. I run group fitness and use this equipment and I have had many girls fall backwards as the weight bearing tips everything over unless feet are on the wooden part first. Other than the instability being a safety hazard I am happy with the product”
“This super cute machine was worth every cent. Its light weight, easy to store, the design is sleek, burns the booty and when it arrived it took literally under 5 mins to set up. Shipping was also speedy which I didn't expect due to all the delays! The only thing that i think could make this piece of equipment better is maybe some kind of grip tape for the feet as it can feel slippery sometimes but that's an easy fix with a good pair of sneakers!
