“So I bought this because I had for many years and still to this day problems with my pelvic area, due to birth of my daughter, now moving forward in this and with the c-section I needed to have with my son, I cant do normal bar hip trusts.. when I saw this , I knew this was the answer! This is helping me so much as I can do hiptrusts again now and strengthen my muscles in that area as that helps me again with my recovery..
Soo sooo happy!!”

“It’s a handy home workout tool when you can’t get to the gym to lift heavy. You can still get the burn! Got myself an extra set of bands, that didn’t arrive, but management contacted me and sorted it asap. Great to support Aussie!”
