“I suffer from chronic insomnia and have been using this for over 3 years and can’t imagine my life without it. I’ve tried nights without it and go back to old routine of sleepless nights. Due to the length of time I’ve been taking it I take a short break every now and then as it stops working. When I go back on it it’s fine. Anyone that suffers from sleep this is the solution.”

“If you ever struggle with sleep and all others failed like "calms" this is the stuff Had issues with sleep untill This bad boy now i sleep 6 Hours wake up like a new man Also dreams are incredibly detailed which means my deep sleep improved as well fully recommend !!”
