“Doesn't feel heavier or wet. Gives good buildable coverage. I picked the wrong color so need to reorder right color but the consistency of this foundation is nice. I find most liquid foundation sticky so I do like this one enough to reorder in the right color. I apply with the FitGlow Beauty foundation brush.”
“This foundation is amazing. I don't wear foundation very often usually more for a special occasion. Fitglow is so light weight you don't feel like you have anything on. When I first put it on it seemed heavy, but after a few minutes it "absorbed" into the skin making it glow. somehow it even seems to hide my fine lines and I look younger!”
“I have tried several natural foundations (Inika, Gressa, Alima Pure, ere Perez, etc) and eliminated many others due to comedogenic ingredients like silicone or coconut oil.
This one is the best I've tried so far. It looks like skin, applies well, wears well. The only thing I would improve is the finish as I would prefer a satin or matte finish. I have dry, acne-prone skin.”
“I've been using the old formula since 2017. I can't remember how I discovered this brand, I think from Aurora Beauty. Then been buying it from Beauty Heroes or Detox Market since I don't think Aurora carries it anymore. Then this year, Fitglow came out with the new formula as I can't find my old shade. So in April, I purchased several color samples to try them out. I have oily t-zone and tend to get oily towards the end of the day. Since, the new formula is oil based, this new formula felt a little heavy for my skin. The reason I love the old formula is because it does not have any oil (especially coconut oil like capric triglyceride) and it had active ingredients that made my skin look good. I wish they can bring back the old formula and just made this new formula as an addition to their line since I've noticed skin tint (oil based) foundations has becoming more and more popular for other clean brands. If you are going for a dewy look and your skin is on the dry side then this is for you. Unfortunately, not for someone like me. I'm sad that I had to find another foundation after 5 years of using this brand.”
