I have mild rosacea, and this really brings down the redness. I live in North Carolina where the weather is very bipolar. “I have oily skin that is thirsty for hydration. I use this under hyaluronic acid and then a moisturizer on top. However, I only use alcohol-free toners but I don't feel this one tones. I am not a fan of the scent, which to me smells like ozone (Not comparing but I loved the 'older' version of this that contained aloe vera and algae with a true sea-like scent.)”
