“For the amount of money spent, I was really hoping for a mini lip serum (like you used to include with every order). I have spent a lot of money over the years on FG products and feel like the company can do better than mediocre packet samples other retailers include for no minimum threshold. Labled “premium samples” I was completely underwhelmed.”

“I love the concept of preium samples but having them in the little paper packs is so hard. They are preimium and it would be great if they could be in a small tube or something with a lid so I could actually use them a few times to determine if I like them or not before the little paper pack dries out or I use too much, etc....”
