“The poles broke in 1 week. Are they supposed to be strong enough for windy gusts? I wont buy this product again. I would like new poles sent to me please. I can send photos on bent and broken pieces.”

“The app states to select print same on both sides. It printed the same logo but it wasn't lined up like the other side so a chunk of logo was cut off by the pole stitching. Shame they don't look at that before printing. Very good quality otherwise”

“Ordered two flags, one flag was OK. The other flag was sewn shut on both ends and was unusable. I’ve reached out a few days ago but have not heard anything back yet. I’m hoping that it will be resolved and I will get a new flag.”

“Do not order a two-sided feather flag as it the design is very bulky and difficult to flap in the wind. Also, unless you order the pole with the flag, they will not guarantee that it will fit a typical feather flag pole, The bottom slit was sewn too tightly, so I had to cut it in order to make the flag work. Flags on the Cheap customer service was completely unhelpful and rude. I guess it's called Flags on the Cheap for a reason.”
