“The feather flag was delivered but the color was nowhere close to the color we picked on the website. Instead of dark red, it came in an orange-brown color. A problem ticket was opened on Aug. 14, but so far after 5 working days, no word on what they are going to do about it. Very disappointed. Aug. 26, the art department came back and said the color they delivered exactly matches the color picked from the website. Couldn't disagree more with the art experts (see photo).”

“Flags on the Cheap Customer services doesn't return phone calls. Flags on the Cheap won't just sell you a new pole without a new stand. I don' need stands I have them already. I just needs some poles and they won't sell you just the poles as a way of upcharging you more money for items you don't need. Nice flags and artwork. Flags look nice. But I only want to buy some poles now.”
